TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acknowledge the terms and conditions

By pressing the "Accept" button, the customer accepts the terms and conditions of superlabs. Studio für kreative Arbeit GbR (hereafter "superlabs") and agrees to comply with them. The following terms are an integral part of all transactions, in particular of all purchases or contracts which are concluded between workisnotajob. and customers (buyers and clients). Other agreements, telephone or verbal agreements are only binding if confirmed by us in writing.

4. Payment

4.1 The payment of the ordered goods is carried out by different methods of payment. You can pay by bank transfer the total amount invoiced in advance or direct debit.

5. Revocation

PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR SHIPMENT BY EMAIL AT: stop(at)superlabs.com You can return the goods if they do not fulfill our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 1 and 2 draft Law, as well as our duties according to § 312g-section 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 BGB. The revocation period is sufficient to send the revocation or the goods - within 14 days of receipt.

For the one month (one kit) product:

superlabs MUST RECEIVE THE RETURNED ITEM, INCLUDING ANY ORIGINAL TAGS AND RECEIPTS, WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER NOTIFICATION OF YOUR INTENT TO RETURN THE ITEM. ONCE WE RECEIVED THE ITEM IN ITS ORIGINAL, UNUSED CONDITION, WE WILL REFUND YOU THE COST OF THE ITEM(S). SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. THE BUYER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURNING THE PRODUCT IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, INCLUDING INCURRED RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. superlabs IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING.

For the 6 months subscription (3 kits):

You can terminate your subscription after expiration of th minimum term of your order. You must cancel your subscription until the 15th of the month or the subscription will be automatically renewed for the minimum term of your subscription (6 months).

For the 12 months subscription (6 kits):

5.2. Consequences

In the case of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received benefits and any benefits (eg interest) surrendered. If superlabs is clearly responsible for a defect in the purchased goods, the customer is entitled for a replacement of the ordered item. If superlabs is not willing or not capable for rectification / replacement, or fails in any other way to remedy the defect / replacement, the customer is eligible to rescind the contract or to demand a reduction of the purchase price. Unless otherwise stated below, further claims of the customer, for whatever legal reasons, are excluded. superlabs is not liable for damages caused to the goods themselves, in particular superlabs is not liable for lost profits or other financial damages of the customer. If the liability of superlabs is excluded or limited, this also applies to the personal liability of employees, representatives and agents.

8. Performance / Jurisdiction

Performance is the headquarters of the company superlabs in Berlin. If the customer is a businessman, a public sector fund or a legal entity under public law, Berlin will be the exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Law of the Federal Republic of Germany

All customers closed transactions are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

10. Copyright

ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED, ALL MATERIALS ON THESE PAGES (INCL. PRODUCTS, TUTORIALS, MANUALS ETC.) ARE COPYRIGHTED. NO PART OF THESE PAGES, EITHER TEXT OR IMAGES MAY BE USED FOR ANY PURPOSES UNLESS EXPLICIT AUTHORIZATION BY superlabs. DUE TO VARIATION IN COLOUR ON COMPUTER SCREENS, THE COLOURS YOU SEE ON YOUR SCREEN MAY APPEAR DIFFERENT TO THE COLOURS OF THE ACTUAL ITEM.

11. Trademark

"supercraft" is a registered trademark, a word mark and figurative mark at the German Patent and Trademark Office. You are NOT allowed to use the name or the design for any kind of publication without prior permission of the respective owner Sophie Pester
