What is supercraft?
supercraft are bimonthly DIY-Kits for creative makers and handmade fans. Every second month you’ll receive supplies for one finished project. We source the best materials and deliver them to your doorstep, so you can concentrate on your creativity.
You can choose between the options to either buy one Kit at a time (for you or as a pressie), or subscribe to the Kits on a 6 (3 Kits) or 12 month basis (6 Kits). Shipping is always free.
The Kits are lovingly curated and include supplies from beloved small labels and leading craft brands. The projects are made with a variety of handmade materials and different techniques like knitting, sewing, printing etc.. You're invited to join or start supercraftlabs in which you can work on the kits, get inspired and meet new friends.

What exactly do I get?
Each supercraft kit is a lovingly curated DIY project including:
- all supplies you'll need from leading brands and beloved small labels
- fun how-to's that guide you step by step
- loads of inspiration to spark your creativity
All our projects are easy to accomplish for newbies but challenging enough to make even "old hands" happy.
How can I choose what I get?
Well, you can't. The supercraft kits are from us to you and always guarantee a fun mix of handmade techniques and materials using high quality supplies. To get an idea about what you can expect though, please take a look at our moodboards!
Can I give supercraft as a gift?
We'd love that! simply select "Gift Kits" from the menu and choose your option to make a friend very happy!
About the subscription:
What kind of subscriptions do you offer?
You can choose between the options to either buy one Kit at a time (for you or as a pressie), or subscribe to the Kits on a 6 or 12 month basis (for yourself or give as a gift). Easy!
Since we ship out our Kits only every second month, a 6 month subscription means you get 3 Kits, a 12 month subscription means you'll get 6 Kits.
Can I change my subscription?
You can always change your subscription after the minimal term of your current subscription expired - or buy as many single kits as you want! if you love it though, a subscription will be the better option for you.
I already paid. When will I get my kit?
We send the kits out on every first Monday of the month. Normally, the kits arrive in the first week of the month but shipping times depend on your destination and local postal service as well as potential storage times in customs (only outside the EU).
When you decide to get crafty before the 15th of the month, chances are good you'll get your first kit in the first week of the next month!
What happens when my subscription expires?
The 6 month (3 kits) and 12 month (6 kits) subscription renews automatically for the respective run time unless either of the parties involved terminates the contract at least 14 days before the contract expires.
Only the one time kit does not renew automatically!
Can I suspend the delivery of certain kits?
It is not possible to suspend certain kits for the time being. The subscriber is aware that they will get the regular supercraft kit every two month for the length of the chosen term.
How can I terminate my subscription?
We're sorry to see you go! Please let us know why you wish to cancel your subscription so we can improve our kits and services for you. Please email us at: hello(at)supercraftlab.com
If you still want to cancel, it's totally hassle-free. Please send an email with the word STOP in the subject line to: stop@supercraftlab.com

How much is the shipping?
Shipping is always free! no kidding!
I don't live in Germany. Can I join?
Yes please! We ship abroad and welcome you be part of the supercraft community. You can also read our blog and spread the love about supercraft wherever you are!
Ok, where do you ship?
supercraft is available in the following countries:
All countries inside the European Union, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
USA and Kanada upon request.
Can I track my shipment?
To keep the cost at a minimum we chose to ship with a shipping type that currently does not allow to track items. Sorry!
I live in Germany, can I have my kits sent to a DHL Packstation?
Well yes you can! We ship with Deutsche Post DHL. Shipping to a Packstation is no problem at all.
About the payment:
You need to order the kits via our website. Depending on the subscription of your choice, the total amount is due in advance. Once you ordered, you'll get an invoice with the total for the entire term of your order.
How can I pay?
You can order your kits via our homepage at www.supercraftlab.com. The kits are payable via:
- Paypal (upon request only)
- direct debit
- on account

What are supercraftlabs?
supercraftlabs are free events for sharing ideas, skills and inspiration. Simply come to one of the supercraftlabs, bring your kit and proceed to the fun part! Meet new people, get inspired and make more! The events are free!
The first supercraftlabs will take place in German cities Hamburg und Berlin.
No supercraftlab in your city? Start one yourself! if you want to start a supercraftlab in your neighbourhood, please reach out to us - we're happy to help and get you all the info you'll need to get started.

You get all information about the supercraftlabs on our blog or under the tab "supercraftlabs" on this homepage in German and english.
I don't want to subscribe to the kits yet - can i come?
Yes you can! The supercraftlabs are mainly to work on the kits, but we're an open community. We want to bring people together and spread the love for handmade and DIY. We'd be happy if you could help us spread the word about supercraft and superwork and tell your friends about us. Help friends make things!
Oh and what is superwork?
superwork is for you and your ideas! A complementary service to our offer at supercraft but also interesting for everyone who wants to pursue their hobby on a more professional level. We offer workshops and lectures about different topics to inspire and train people how to launch their ideas and set up a new business venture.
